Delivering unprecedented performance and reliability, the Cobra-5 RAID subsystem integrates RAID Inc's SCSI-to-SCSI RAID controllers with a wide range of hot-swappable, high-performance, U320 SCSI drives in a single, uniquely designed, highly accessible storage enclosure. The compact 3U chassis supports (16) drives and is able to endure the extreme physical stresses placed on storage subsystems today.

The Cobra 5 RAID system is designed to meet the performance, availability, and reliability needs of data-intensive environments. Based on Ultra320 SCSI technology, the C5 is the ideal solution for either single servers or dual servers in clustered environments.

The Cobra 5's management software allows for such features as on-line capacity expansion and non-disruptive software upgrades.
