Installation and Support
RAID Inc. can deliver complete solutions to seamlessly integrate a new solution within an existing customer’s environment, only after it has been fully tested in our lab and performs to the specifications that the customer needs is the installation performed. Thereafter, any post sales service requirements are incorporated in RAID’s unique concierge support system. RAIDServe, our technical support division, will monitor customers’ systems to diagnose and correct issues as they arise.
