Greg Morris, Chief Executive Officer

Greg Morris has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Mr. Morris has been the Chief Executive Officer of RAID since 2004. He has served in various key roles over his 12 year tenure at RAID, heading up engineering, support, and production. Mr. Morris is the visionary responsible for the company's patent-pending StorageWatch® solution. His most comprehensive achievement, however, was spearheading the complete overhaul of RAID’s business plan from 2004 to 2005, guiding RAID’s transition from a commodity based storage company into a pure solution-driven organization. This change in company focus has significantly improved RAID’s market position.

Robert Picardi, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Picardi has 30 years of industry experience and has been with RAID since 2005. During his 30 years in the industry, Mr. Picardi has held a variety of management roles including CEO of SAG Electronics, Towermarc Corporation and Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Asset Management Company. Mr. Picardi was involved in the transition of RAID's business model and currently works with Greg Morris on day-to-day activities at RAID. Mr. Picardi has been an Adjunct Professor at the graduate school at Babson College and currently teaches at Merrimack College.
